These Bonus Terms govern every bonus offer available to players registered with Jilipg and form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. In the event of inconsistency, the specific bonus terms take precedence over these general terms, provided such terms are clearly stated for the individual offer.

Account integrity and eligibility

  • Only one account per natural person, household, address, email, IP address, device or payment method is allowed. Creating or using duplicate or shared accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited and may lead to suspension of accounts and forfeiture of funds.
  • Eligibility for bonuses is subject to regulatory restrictions and licensing requirements. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a player may participate in a bonus offer based on location and compliance checks.
  • We may require identity verification (KYC) before or during bonus activity. Refusal or failure to provide documentation may result in the suspension of bonus activity and withholding of winnings.

Bonus offers, activation and visibility

  • Bonuses are available only to players who meet the conditions set out in the individual offer. The minimum qualifying deposit amount, activation steps and any offer-specific restrictions are described in the offer details and the Personal Area.
  • Only one bonus can be active at any time unless the terms of a specific offer allow otherwise. To activate a bonus, select the offer in the Wallet or Bonus area prior to making a deposit or as directed by the offer terms.
  • Bonus offers may be targeted or exclusive and delivered via our communications channels. You must have received the offer directly from us to be eligible; offers do not apply to players who did not receive them due to targeting rules.

Bonus balance, real balance and withdrawal flow

When a bonus is active, wagers are funded from the real balance first and then from the bonus balance. Winnings earned from wagers against the bonus balance are credited to the bonus balance until wagering requirements are satisfied. Withdrawals are permitted only after meeting the applicable wagering requirements; at that point, the portion of the balance corresponding to the completed wagering requirements is transferable to your real balance for withdrawal.

While a bonus is active, you can play in most games, but some titles or modes may be restricted from wagering with the bonus balance. The availability of bonus protection per game is shown within the game information card in the platform. If a game is restricted, you will see your real balance when entering that game.

Wagering requirements and contribution rules

Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, which are stated in the bonus terms and in the Bonus page of your Personal Area. Unless otherwise specified in the offer, standard wagering applies and must be completed within the offer’s validity period.

  • Wagering requirements for deposit-based offers are typically 30 times the total bonus amount (deposit plus bonus).
  • Wagering requirements for non-deposit or certain promotional bonuses may be higher (for example, 60 times the bonus amount only). The exact figure and whether it is calculated on the deposit, the bonus, or both will be stated in the offer terms.
  • Game contribution toward wagering is defined per offer. In general, slots contribute more toward wagering than table games; live dealer and certain other categories may contribute differently or be excluded. The Bonus page will display the current contributions for each game category and currency.
  • Per-bet limits during wagering: while a bonus is active, the maximum single bet is the lesser of 10% of the original/credited bonus amount or the equivalent of a fixed minimum threshold (for example, the equivalent of 5 in the account’s base currency). Violations may void the bonus and forfeit winnings.

Expiry, cancellation and forfeiture

Bonuses, free spins or other bonus features expire if the wagering requirements are not fully met within the stated period. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed. If a bonus is cancelled or expired, or if a withdrawal is attempted before wagering is complete, any remaining bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited.

Promotional offers may be cancelled at any time without prior notice. Any winnings already credited under a cancelled offer may be forfeited if the withdrawal is processed after cancellation or if the promotional conditions were not met.

No deposit bonuses and free spins

No deposit bonuses and free spins carry their own limits, including caps on maximum winnings and withdrawal thresholds. For no deposit offers, the maximum payout is capped (for example, up to a defined amount or a multiple of the bonus amount). Where required, identity verification may be completed before any withdrawal of winnings derived from no deposit bonuses or free spins. No deposit bonuses and related winnings are subject to the standard wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.

Fraud prevention, irregular play and fair play

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. “Irregular play” includes patterns designed to exploit bonuses or manipulate wagering outcomes. Examples include low or hedge betting, rapid currency switching to meet/win bonuses, or using software to manipulate results. We reserve the right to revoke entitlement to bonuses, void winnings, suspend or close accounts, and withhold withdrawals if irregular play or suspected fraud is detected. We may audit transactions and game logs to verify integrity of bonus activity.

Offers, promotions and precedence

Individual promotions may include terms that override or supplement these general terms. If there is a conflict between a promotion’s terms and these general bonus terms, the promotion’s terms prevail for that offer. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including targeted or exclusive promotions.

Payments, KYC and withdrawal controls

Bonuses are settled in the account’s base currency. Withdrawals are subject to standard verification and financial controls. If a withdrawal request is made while a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unmet, the bonus funds may be forfeited or locked and the withdrawal may be blocked pending completion of wagering. In some cases, we may request documentation to verify identity and source of funds before approving withdrawals related to bonus activity.
